Returns & Warranty

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Gloves that have been electrically tested or used cannot be returned.

Eligibility

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or private-label orders are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

Contact our support team to initiate a return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

All VoltShield insulating gloves are warranted against manufacturing defects. Gloves that fail dielectric testing within the warranty period will be replaced at no charge.
